Enrollment

To enroll your child/children in our program follow the steps below:

Complete an enrollment application
Provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate
Current Physical & Immunization form no more than 30 days old
Contact the Director and/or Office Representative to schedule an Orientation and discuss fees and other important information regarding the program
